The National Maternity Review, commissioned by NHS England, set out a vision for maternity services in England – they must become safer, more personalised, kinder, professional and more family-friendly.
The NHS response to that review is “Bump”, a flagship website that is the first of its kind in the UK.
The services provided for new families can be daunting and complex. It can feel like following a very complex path. Here the complex path is reduced to one single continuous line that leads the way.
